Step 2: Panel Sizing & Component
- Panel sizing depends on frame size of the VFD and no. of components to be used with VFD based on ratings.
- Need to ensure dimension of all component including busbar system and incoming MCCB

Step 3: Heat Load Calculation
- Check application whether it is in MCC room or Outside the MCC room
- If it is inside the MCC room, then the room temperature must be maintained within 40 degree C. The Fan is recommended in this case
-If VFD system to be placed outside the MCC, then heating to be calculated with Air-conditioning system. The ambient temperature for VFD should be less than the ambient temperature of the atmosphere
